My workflow is quite traditional - I still love my notebooks and everything always starts within those (if I don't start coding / building directly).

Over the years I've created my own game design document / level design concept templates that are deeply anchored in my mind. If I'm starting working on a new idea, I'm going through those templates and start taking notes until I have something comprehensive that will be the base for some documentation or prototyping.

My strong visual imagination already creates some images in my head that I like to sketch and realize first ideas. My passion for storytelling often also leads me to a narrative approach of design.
